Thanks to all members who took part in our club Table Topics Competition last night. Despite some nerves, I think a fun time was had by all. The winners from each of the 4 heats will compete at our next meeting to become the club champion! These were: Philip Hellyer, William Moss, Rick Payne, and Anthony Warden.
Bill Moss also competed in the speech contest, alongside Anthony Miller & Anthony Warden. Winning out over strong competition, Bill will be representing our club at the area contest on the 14th of April.
Also, a couple of meetings ago we held the first heats of an Evaluation Competition. If memory serves, Marc Johnson, Bill Moss, Zac Ghadially, and [another] competed. Zac and Bill will be arm-wrestling for the prize at our next meeting on the 18th.
